The main thing to keep in mind when setting up your Facebook page for business (or maintaining one) is to have a strategy. Facebook gives you the opportunity to connect with your customers. “Your content must be relevant, engaging and purposeful.” Define the purpose of your page.

Make sure your profile is set up properly and all your information is correct. This includes the category of your business and contact information.

Photos you post must be visually appealing to draw in customers. Visual communication is a key part of marketing.

Most online traffic is from a mobile device these days. Be sure that the content you are putting out can easily be consumed on a mobile device.
