F.A.Q.

HERE ARE SOME QUESTIONS THAT WE ARE FREQUENTLY ASKED…

SHIRT PRINTING F.A.Q.

HOW ARE DIGITAL SHIRT PRINTING AND SCREEN PRINTING DIFFERENT?

Digital printing and screen printing are two different methods we use to print on shirts.

Digital Printing utilizes the latest technology to print the image directly onto the shirt. The image on a digitally printed shirt has a soft feel and great wash durability. Digital printing uses water based inks. This method is useful for printing full color vibrant images or a single unique shirt. Click here for more about digital printing.

Screen Printing uses a mesh screen that is placed over the shirt and ink is forced through that screen and onto the shirt. Screen printing uses plastisol ink. This method is good for larger runs and is more cost effective in quantity. Click here for more about screen printing.

WHAT ARE THE TURN AROUND TIMES FOR SHIRT PRINTING?
Standard custom digital printed orders take between 5-7 business days to produce from time of approval of artwork. Smaller digital orders can be fulfilled in a shorter amount of time. Standard custom screen printed orders are completed 7-10 business days from approval of artwork.  Rush production and delivery are available for both types of prints.

CAN I SEE SAMPLES OF MY SHIRT BEFORE IT GOES TO PRINT?
We email digital proofs on all orders. If your order is being digitally printed you can stop in to our production studio to take a look at a printed sample on a garment before the order is printed.
Printed samples are not available for screen printing orders due to the cost and time it takes to set up the print.
